All of our cookies are made with certified organic ingredients — including flour, butter, sugar, eggs, spices, and fair-trade organic chocolate. The only exceptions are a few natural essentials like sea salt and baking soda, which aren’t certifiable as organic.

We offer local delivery in Duval and St. Johns County during the cooler months (November through January). This ensures our cookies arrive fresh and uncompromised.
Outside of those months, we focus on weekly pickups and market pop-ups so you can enjoy Bare Batch cookies at their absolute best.

Orders open Sunday at 8 AM and close Tuesday at 11:59 PM. Pickups happen Thursday or Friday, 5:00–6:30 PM in Saint Johns, FL 32259. The exact address is shared at checkout.

No. Delivery is only available during the cooler months (November–January). The rest of the year we offer pickup and pop-ups only.

Yes, substitutions are allowed up to 24 hours before pickup. Please email orders@barebatch.com to request any substitutions.

We’ll hold your order for 24 hours with a small re-hold fee. After that, cookies are donated or re-sold to reduce waste.

Best enjoyed within 3 days at room temperature. Or freeze up to 2 months and rewarm at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Our cookies contain wheat, milk, and eggs. We also handle tree nuts and peanuts in our kitchen. If you have a specific allergy, let us know and we will do our best to avoid cross-contact. However, because we are a scratch kitchen, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free of allergens.
